Can I change or transfer my license?
You can change the domain name information of your license at any time from your my.softacar.com client area for free. Your license cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Can I host it on my own server? Do you delivery the all software files?
Of course you can. You can host it on any server as long as the server requirements for the software to work are met. Minimum server requirements will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. All software files are delivered to you. So you can make arrangements for the theme as you wish.
Do I have to pay anything other than the license fee?
No, you're not going to pay. You don't have to pay any fees other than the license fees above. If you already have web hosting and domain services, you can only pay the license fee and start using them. If you don't have hosting and domain services, you can evaluate our system-compliant web hosting packages.
Are updates / upgrades paid for?
In all license types (including lifetime license), updates are offered for free for life. When a new version is announced, you will not pay any fees for it.
Do you give technical support?
Of course. You can get technical support at any time for the system's standard operation or if any problems are detected.
